By using seensend.ai, you agree to the following terms. seensend operates this service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service
seensend.ai is an AI-powered reply drafting service. You capture on-screen conversation context via screenshot, and seensend.ai reads the message and drafts a reply for you. The Free plan includes 20 sessions per month. The Pro plan ($15/month) includes 500 sessions per month with advanced AI processing.
2. Subscription & Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. Payment is processed securely via Paddle. You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, meaning you will retain access to your Pro plan until the cycle ends. All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of payment. Refund requests can be submitted via support@seensend.ai or through Paddle's buyer portal.
4. Acceptable Use
Access to seensend.ai is for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account with others.
5. Disclaimer
seensend.ai provides AI-generated draft replies for convenience. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any draft. Review all drafts before sending. Use at your own discretion.
Privacy Policy
Data We Collect
We collect and store your email address for account authentication, service delivery, and essential service notifications. Screenshot content is processed temporarily to generate draft replies and is not stored on our servers after processing.
How We Use Your Data
Your email is used to operate your account, deliver core product functionality, and send service-related notices. We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers that are required to operate the product (for example, our payment processor).
Payment
Payment information is handled by Paddle and is never stored on our servers.
Data Retention
We retain account data (such as your email address and subscription status) only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request account deletion and data removal by contacting support@seensend.ai.
